Vilma Hodo is a first-rate collaborative actress and therefore, a theatre director’s dream.   She follows direction but enhances that by creating inventive aspects to character  development and to her relationship with the other actors.  Her talent lies in the passion she gives to a role and her collaborative spirit.

Vilma Hodo’s “Power of Transformation” performance is honestly out-of-this-world, and not just because she’s in costume as The Alien. Although her awesome alien mask helps, the real power comes from the dynamic energy she exudes as she undulates her body to the music. And you can’t even see her face! Obviously, actors and performance artists often use facial expressions as much as words and gestures to truly embody a character. But Vilma has to rely solely on her body to tell her story. It’s a testament to her great talent that she can do so and still captivate audiences all over.

Vilmas creativity is very obvious through her works, just by the way she moves and thinks.  Working with Vilma has been a total inspiration for me, and I look forward to future collaborations.
